customer support…

Just tried to ring customer support ....couldn't make out a word....lady with high pitched squeaky voice talking extremely fast in what sounded like an echo chamber. Plainly directed call overseas. Their order /invoice confirmation is on no reply email!!! So irritating. I've asked her to send me an email so I can communicate in some way with someone in this company as I need to return goods and could not find any instructions in packaging as per their website.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Had my roomba combo for a year and they won’t help now that it’s broken. I have been emailing them for months with the same auto generated response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Customer Service Sucks

Got my first Roomba i8 a year ago and it worked okay for a few months. Then it started becoming loud and not running properly. I called customer service they sent out a replacement for me to try before sending my other one back.
The replacement sounded worse then the old one and made sounds like it was going to explode and/or fall apart. So I called them to get it resolved.
After making phone calls to them for weeks with people giving me the same crap, we can't open the video you sent, we can't hear your Roomba over the phone, the video call seems to be malfunctioning, etc. I got fed up and reminded them over and over, I can't send my old one to you until the new one works properly. They kept singing the same old tune and I eventually gave up. Waste of time, money and energy. Won't be buying from them again.

I have had my S9 for less than a year

I have had my S9 for less than a year. When it runs, it does a good job, but most of the time it won't run. It either will not empty the base or it won't connect to the app.

I have to do maintenance every time I try to run it. Ive followed all the maintenance steps and reordered new filters, bags, brushes. Nothing has helped. It takes longer to get the thing running than it does to manually vacuum my home.

Very, very expensive to work this badly. I tried to get online support, and am just redirected to the app instructions, which don't work. Today, I received an offer to get phone support if I paid a refundable fee. Ridiculous!!!!

I will never buy an iRobot again.

Rip off

Rip off. I spent 1000.00 on a product that never worked. They refuse to refund my money and the follow through has been non existent. I just threw away 1000.00. Bad company. Total ripoff.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. I ordered a few accessories on their website. The payment was made but the order didn't go through. Despite contacting customer service several times, I still have not received my refund a month later.

Customer service lets the whole thing down

About a month after purchase, my Roomba i7 broke down. After a protracted process, they eventually sent it back for repair. It came back worse than it was sent.

It took a month to finally get a refurbished 'service' unit which came without a battery and required me to move this across myself - no tools were provided and no instructions.

Nobody collected the old robot, and it will become e-waste.

iRobot make good products, but their customer service - taking longer to fix things than I'd had a working unit in the first place means I won't buy again, as simple as that.

I bought the iRobot with 4 year…

I bought the iRobot with 4 year protection plan. Having issues, Hard to get in touch. Waiting time is over 15 minutes. Even after contacting it is almost a month I haven't heard from them. Not at all happy with the service and the product. Regret on wasting a big money.

Best vacuum cleaners

I own two irobot 980s and I wouldn't be without them. I absolutely love the fact that I don't have to vacuum not to mention the fact that they do an awesome job. I would buy another one without hesitation if one of them broke down.

Nothing more than scammers

Nothing more than scammers. Sent my hoover for a repair 2 months ago (it broke after only 5 months) and it's still not back! Customer service is clueless and doesn't know why or when. My hoover and money is gone and they don't care!
